I’m an exhibitor - where should I go?

Can I apply my registration fees to the 2021 event?

Unfortunately, no.

I would like a refund. What is the process?

Hang tight! We're in the process of cancelling all 2020 registrations and will process refunds accordingly. You will receive a receipt of cancellation via email in the coming weeks. 

How do I contact registration?

You can email registration@JLCLIVE.com or call 800-261-7769. Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, CST.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation?

If you made your reservation through JLC LIVE'S official house vendor, onPeak, you don't have to do anything. onPeak has already canceled your reservation. You should receive an email from onPeak confirming this cancellation within the next several business days.

If you booked directly with the hotel or another housing agent, you will be responsible for canceling your reservation.

Can I apply my registration fees to the 2021 event?

Will JLC LIVE New England 2020 be rescheduled?

No. However, we're currently working with our partners and vendors to develop a virtual event in 2020.

We will share info as soon as we can.

When will the 2021 show take place?

Exhibit Hall - March 26-27, 2021
Conference - March 24-27, 2021
