How will booth freight be returned to exhibitors?

Currently, the location where the advance warehouse is located is under a stay-at-home order until May 18, 2020.  Carriers will not be able to pick-up freight until that order is up.  You will be receiving email communication from Freeman with more information and how to schedule the pick-up of your freight, after the stay-at-home order has been lifted.  For questions, please reach out to Freeman at 508-894-5100. 

Note: JLC LIVE understands that the impact of this unprecedented disturbance has been significant and we want to offer our support for you, just as you have done for us, therefore we have made the decision to absorb the cost of the material handling of your warehouse-stored items. Please keep in mind that you will still be responsible for shipping costs.  Please contact Freeman Services directly at 508-894-5100 and they will faciliate the shipment details.

What about the furnishings I ordered from Freeman?

All orders for standard furnishings will be refunded.  If you ordered any custom items, MIS structures or graphics please contact Freeman as there may be fees associated.  For questions, please reach out to Freeman at 508-894-5100. 

What about my electrical, booth cleaning, plumbing, and parking pass orders?

Exhibitors have the option to move their order to JLC LIVE NE 2021 or request a refund.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation?

If you made your reservation through JLC LIVE’s official housing vendor, onPeak, you don’t have to do anything. onPeak has already canceled your reservation. You should receive an email, from onPeak, confirming this cancellation within the next few business days.

If you booked directly with the hotel or another housing agent, you will be responsible for canceling your reservation.

I purchased lead retrieval services for JLC LIVE New England 2020. What happens now?

Compusystems will be refunding exhibitors who purchased lead retrieval for JLC LIVE New England 2020. 

They are working as fast as possible to navigate through these processes with a small staff, so your patience is much appreciated. Any questions regarding this issue must be sent to Compusystem’s Customer Service department.

Can I transfer my 2020 investment to the 2021 event? 

Yes. We are able to seamlessly move your booth assignments and funds from 2020 to 2021’s event. Confirm your 2021 participation by June 1, 2020 to receive the lowest rate of 2020’s event, regardless of your previous sign up rate. Please check your email for instructions that were sent by our representatives below.
