Yes, use the form located in the Exhibitor Service Manual to order services. 

Yes, please download the hospitality meeting form located in the Exhibitor Service Manual. 

Yes, but they need to be designated so they are permitted to enter the exhibit hall.

Sign in through your exhibitor portal and click on the EAC icon. There will be a series of instructions to designate your EAC.

No, the "Exhibiting As" name you entered on the exhibit space contract is the name used for your badge.

At JLC LIVE, booths located in the Exhibit Hall do not required floor covering.  Booths located anywhere OUTSIDE of the Exhibit Hall will require a protective covering over the convention center's flooring.

Everyone must have a badge, including Exhibitor Appointed Contractors.

Once your booth is confirmed, an eCode will be e-mailed to the Primary Contact.  Sign-in using the eCode to update your online and event guide listing.

There are multiple ways you can do this:

  1. Use the electronic invitation tool in the Online Service Manual.
  2. Request a PDF of the invitation from the JLC LIVE team to use for sending to your customers.
  3. Use the prepared banner ads and logos to post on your website, including your booth number.
  4. Request a custom registration link from the JLC LIVE team.


All of these options are complimentary for exhibiting companies. 

No.  Exhibitors are responsible for coordinating their own booth cleanings.

Yes.  Early pricing deadlines are provided by vendors who provide services to exhibiting companies.  Try to place orders by those dates to secure the best pricing.

Yes, definitely.You can:

  1. Request a PDF of the invitation from the JLC LIVE team and post on your website.
  2. Subscribe to our social media pages and have them as a feed on your website or social media pages.
  3. Use the prepared banner ads and logos to post on your website, including your booth number.
  4. Request a custom registration link from the JLC LIVE team. 

Exhibitors will be limited to exhibitor personnel badges per exhibit space at no charge. Once you have gone over the allotment for your booth space there will be a $45 fee charged for each additional registrant.

Badge allotments are as follows:
